Adventure name: The Village of Dorian’s Well

The session begins with the party wander in the wasteland, hungry and lost after resting in the goblinoid tomb / dungeon complex where they waited out the sandstorm.

Adventure name: A Dark and Stormy Knight

The session begins with the party resting with in the small tomb / dungeon complex the had previously found, waiting out the sandstorm.

The party explores one of the remaining rooms and fights a pair of vargouilles that nearly paralyze the whole party before they are killed.

Here we can a Vengeance-class frigate facing off vs. two modified Action VI transports.  As a backdrop, we can see the Death Star approaching a small jungle moon.

As the adventure starts, the party is wander aimlessly in the desert simply trying to survive to heal from their wounds.  As the day progresses, the party begins to suspect that something is stalking them.  Later, one of the party members catches a glint of the sun off metal from their pursuer.  They decide to lay a trap for whoever is stalking them, hiding behind a large boulder.  Soon, Flint the dwarven weapons trainer, rounds the bend, having followed the party from slave compound.  The party slays him in only 1 round, but with his dying breath, he cuts down Grom Dunestalker, nearly killing him.

Under a Dark Sun: Session 1

So, I thought I'd start a running journal of what's going in my newest DnD campaign so that we all have some idea what happened weeks later.  I could have just put it on my computer, but I figured it would be just as easy to post it to the web for everybody to enjoy (or ignore).

The game is a solo campaign set in the world of Dark Sun, using ~3.5 DnD rules.
