The game is a solo campaign set in the world of Dark Sun, using ~3.5 DnD rules.

At the start of the adventure, the party are slaves owned by a nobleman named Andropies Demesh, living at a combined farming / gladiator training compound outside of Urik. Suddenly, the compound is attack by raiders, allowing the party a chance at escape. Grom Dunestalker kills his guard and the party meets up at the armory.
After equipping up, the adventurers defeat a psion "handler" and some guards and some raiders. They then come upon Flint, the compound's old dwarven weapons trainer, guarding a breach int he compound wall, who tries to stop them. Grom manages to knock the old dwarf down with his Stomp power and the party runs out into the desert.
Outstanding Plot Hooks:
- Grom expressed disappointment about not having had the chance to kill Flint.
